Federal Post Card Application (FPCA)

Uniformed and Overseas citizens who reside outside the U.S. are eligible to receive a ballot from the state/county in which they last resided immediately prior to moving overseas. Uniformed and Overseas voters may register to voter and request and absentee ballot by completing the Federal Post Card Application.
